This is the cover quilt from Barbara's book Facts & Fabrications: Unraveling the History of Quilts and Slavery. Barbara chose traditional blocks to tell the story of slavery and asked Pam to stitch them in a variety of plaids and checks from her various reproduction collections from Moda. The block in the lower right includes an inked signature label.
